1. Offer Eligibility & Applicability

1.1 Prepaid Orders Only
The Ratnaora Cashback Offer is valid exclusively on Prepaid Orders. Orders placed through Cash on Delivery (COD) or Partial COD are not eligible for cashback.

1.2 Minimum Order Value
For orders where the total amount paid through UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or other eligible online payment methods is below ₹499, the cashback will be limited to the actual amount paid through the external payment gateway.

Orders paid entirely using Ratnaora Store Credit/Silver Cash, with no eligible external payment component, are not eligible for cashback.

2. Cashback Calculation & Limits

2.1 Cashback Applicable to One Unit Only

The cashback offer is applicable to only one (1) unit of the eligible product per order per user.

• Example A: If you purchase two (2) units of the eligible product, cashback will be calculated only on the price of one (1) eligible unit.
• Example B: If your order contains four (4) units of the eligible product along with five (5) units of other products, cashback will be calculated only on one (1) eligible product unit. No cashback will be provided for the additional eligible-product units or other products in the order.

2.2 Split Payments – Store Credit + Online Payment

If an order is paid using a combination of Ratnaora Store Credit/Silver Cash and UPI, Cards, Net Banking, or another eligible online payment method, cashback will be calculated only on the amount paid through the external payment gateway.

• If the eligible external payment amount is ₹500 or more, cashback will be capped at ₹500.
• If the eligible external payment amount is below ₹499, cashback will be equal to the actual amount paid through the external payment gateway.
• Any amount paid through Ratnaora Store Credit/Silver Cash will be excluded from cashback eligibility.

2.3 Lifetime Usage Limit

This cashback offer is available only once per user during their lifetime.

Once a user has successfully received cashback under any Ratnaora promotional cashback campaign, the user will not be eligible for cashback under any subsequent promotional cashback campaign, regardless of whether the subsequent order otherwise satisfies the eligibility criteria.

2.4 Maximum Cashback per Order

The maximum cashback that can be credited for any single order is ₹500.

Even if the eligible product price or eligible payment amount exceeds ₹500, the maximum cashback credited to the user will not exceed ₹500 per order per user.

3. Cashback Crediting Timeline

3.1 Cashback After Successful Delivery

Cashback will be credited to the customer's Ratnaora wallet only after the order has been successfully delivered.

Cashback will not be credited at the time of order placement, payment, processing, or dispatch.

3.2 Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

If an eligible order is cancelled, returned, refunded, or otherwise becomes ineligible, the cashback associated with that order will be voided, withheld, or reversed, as applicable.

If cashback has already been credited and the corresponding order is subsequently returned, cancelled, or refunded, Ratnaora reserves the right to deduct or reverse the credited cashback from the customer's wallet.

4. General Conditions

4.1 Ratnaora reserves the right to modify, suspend, withdraw, or terminate the cashback offer at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Cashback eligibility is subject to verification of the order, payment method, user account, and compliance with these Terms & Conditions.

4.3 Ratnaora reserves the right to disqualify transactions that are suspected to involve misuse, fraudulent activity, manipulation of the offer, multiple-account usage, or any attempt to circumvent the cashback conditions.

4.4 In case of any dispute regarding cashback eligibility or calculation, the decision of Ratnaora shall be final, subject to applicable law.

4.5 Cashback cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another account, or withdrawn unless specifically permitted by Ratnaora.

4.6 This offer cannot be combined with any other cashback offer unless expressly stated otherwise by Ratnaora.

4.7 By participating in the Ratnaora Cashback Offer, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions and the applicable Ratnaora platform terms.
